Serge is amazing, genuine , and very honest. It is hard to find good people like him these days. He has good customer service and loves what he does. You can tell by the craftsmanship how much care goes into his work. He fixed my chain, and my wife’s engagement ring numbers times. I would recommend this place for anything big or small. I had several inexpensive watches that needed batteries and one needed a new clasp. The woman who helped me, Addie, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The watches were repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price. My department store watches were treated as if they were much more expensive pieces. I prefer to shop locally and was pleased to find Long Island Gold Mine. Thanks again!
